Cancellation Policy.

Customers may cancel via account controls or by written notice to [email protected]. Cancellation applies prospectively only.

Access continues until expiry of the current paid term. There is no refund or prorated adjustment for any unused portion, and any pending payment obligations remain payable.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Customers are responsible for timely cancellation.

Enterprise and custom contracts are governed by the executed agreement, which prevails in the event of any conflict.

We may suspend or terminate services for breach; for unauthorized access, misuse, scraping, reverse-engineering, or unlawful activity; or where provision becomes impractical.

Access to dashboards, reports, and analytics may be disabled. We have no obligation to retain data beyond commercially reasonable periods unless required by law.

We provide no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service or of the accuracy of analytics or commercial outcomes.

We may revise this Policy by publishing an updated version.
